Much of my career prior to QA was in customer and technical
support roles. When I transitioned to being a software tester eight
years ago I brought a strong connection to customer experience to my
testing. QA is more important today than ever as brand reputation is at risk every time you deploy changes to production. Preserving a safe, consistent customer experience is my first and foremost goal.
Outside of work I am a former movie reviewer for moviemet.com where I reviewed many foreign films on DVD and Blu-ray as well as some seasons on Game of Thrones and Boardwalk Empire. I also keep a hiking blog on my adventures here: https://hikinginco.blogspot.com/
